How does this build look? Advice?

Looks really good, but 2 details:
PSU seems to have bad reviews, also you could reduce that wattage a bit, but I really recommend changing the brand, get an EVGA/XFX/Seasonic.. check this link: http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/id-1804779/power-supply-unit-tier-list.html
Also, make sure those RAM sticks can fit with that huge cooler, I'll see if I can find out if they fit in a quick research.
Edit: Actually, I'd consider changing that RAM, as it does have a higher voltage than the processor can support, so it will have the voltage and frequency reduced to match to processor's limits.
