Battlefield 4 stuttering

I upgraded my low end PC with a decent GPU that doesn't need much power or anything to run. It plays BF4 perfectly smooth at around 50-70 fps with no big drops in explosions or anything. I've tried changing from medium/high mix to low and dropping to 1024x768 but it still stutters so much no matter what setting. Around every 3 seconds when I'm running around it will stutter and it will most of the time lead to me dying in my next frame. I tried playing in 24 man servers instead of my usual 48 but that hasn't done anything different to the stuttering. It also doesn't seem to be a map issue as galmud railway runs smooth, as does langcam dam. I tried unpacking my CPU, again no help to me. So right now I'm thinking it could be a memory issue. I doubt a new CPU is needed for this game as a lot of Youtube videos suggest this CPU is capable of BF4.

My specs are from a 350 euro PC with a new GPU.
-i3-2120 supposed to be dual core but mine is quad core @ 3.3ghz
-gtx 750 ti SC (This runs my far cry 4 at medium and 40+ fps)
-4gb of ram (This is what I think might be my issue)

If it helps I have a 1tb hard drive with around 400gb free

How is Your RAM utilization, while You play Battlefield 4? How is Your CPU utilization when You play Battlefield 4? ANd how is Your GPU utilization, when You play Battlefield 4?

You can check all the values with RivaTuner running from MSi AfterBurner, or EVGA Precision X. Put them to OSD and refer further.

I'm not exactly sure what you mean. I think you mean Usage?
If that's the case It's about 3.10-4 gb of ram usage. 70-90% physical memory usage. 75-90 CPU usage and evga precision is telling me around 69-80 GPU usage. All of this was monitored over a 48 player rush on Dawnbreaker with all ultra settings and Anti - Aliasing disabled. I didn't get any stutter but I believe that's just because it's not a large-ish map for rush and I played at a low res.

Also looking at the frame rate. the stuttering is mainly happeneing with a aim, or even worse when I use a sniper(which is what I do most of the time) it goes from my smooth 60-ish to 20 and freezes and it's back to normal in about 3 seconds

I never thought about that. I'll go and re test it and I'll get back to you

On task manager, when the game has a spike/stutter it seems to almost crash and come back around 2-3 seconds later.
The RAM usage stays the same.
The CPU usage changes from around 85% to 30% and then it regains itself. As does the GPU usage

I also witnessed a long stutter of about 5 seconds before the game's screen going black and closing twice. Changing the ultra settings to high seemed to fix that though.

Basically I'm getting a smooth 50 fps doing everything. But in moments like when I'm running around and moving a lot I will get a lot of the stutter spike things. When I aim my sniper I get them. When I aim down my sights it'll happen rarely

i was just playing bf4. got core i5 3.1ghz , 4gb ram and gtx 750 ti.

On first campaign mission 900p High preset i got no less than 60fps. fps avg was 70.

In multiplayer i get same problem as u.

its actually 4gb ram and somewhat ur cpu.

I ordered 4gb more ram. I will tell u tommorow how much 4gb ram helped.

When I leave Chrome on it doesn't seem to affect the stuttering. When I get stutter and it's open. I close it thinking it'll fix it. But it will not change.
