Is this build enough for Video/Image editing(adobe) and gaming? It needs to be silent with a decent value/perfomance ratio.

I will be using this desktop with a 32" Monitor Full HD(main) and a second one 24" HD(extended).
As i said in the title i will be using it for work ( Video/Image editing with adobe mostly) and gaming. I also can't tolerate loud pc parts, so silence is a must.

Here are the parts: http://pcpartpicker.com/user/Tolees/saved/zMTj4D

For those that are bored to visit the link :

CPU : AMD FX-8320 3.5GHz 8-Core

CPU Cooler : Scythe Kabuto II

Motherboard : Asus M5A99X EVO R2.0 ATX AM3+

Memory : Corsair Vengeance 16GB (4 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 ( Got them pretty cheap, used, with lifetime warranty)

Western Digital Caviar Green 2TB 3.5" 5400RPM Internal Hard Drive ( To save projects, movies and stuff)

For an editing machine, FX8320 should be enough (price-wise).
If you do the editing very intensive or professionally, I would recommend to go at least E3-1231V3 or i7 4790k or even i7 5820k.
It depends on how much your budget is and what do you really need.

Do not go with that 5400 rpm HDD unless you really want it bad, 5400 rpm HDD is slow as sh*t. Just take the usual 7200 rpm.

128GB SSD is too small in my opinion, get at least 250GB.

About the GPU:
For a gaming machine, if you still have enough money, pump up the GPU to GTX970.
GTX760 is ok for the price but GTX970 is the better bang for buck.

There is no question in your post so I will answer the topic question. Your PC is enough for editing and fairly good at gaming. If you want some more power for everything go with the GTX 780 or better yet with ASUS amd r9 280x (most silent) or r9 290(x). It is said that AMD gfx works better with AMD CPU.

Be advised that many coolers will produce more noise.
