with the games that you will be playing this computer will be able to handle it on medium maybe, in all fairness though if you are buying this from a shop or online retailer you would be better building your own trust me will save you a ton of money.

Yes, I will build it myself. Thanks alot for the answers guys! monitor: 1920x1080 23,6inch full hd led.
The price for my build will be about 500€ including monitor and OS. Amazon.de :) Would it be good buy?

For that price, it looks reasonable. Make sure you're getting a quality PSU. A 380W Antec Earthwatts (if available) would be sufficient. Avoid the cheaper Corsair units (CX and GS) as they are made with inferior capacitors that cannot take heat and fail early (<1 year).
This PC should be able to run on at least Medium settings for a while. I've seen some excellent deals in the USA for R7 260 and R7 260X cards for little (if any) more than the R7 250X; the better card would be worthwhile.

Thanks guys! Im from finland tho=no orders from us. De and uk will be fine :) Okay ill keep looking for deals and is a 45$ Case with a psu inside a bad choice? Can you recommend some cheaper psu's? I really need the cheapest one possible. If I get a case and psu for more than 45$ ill probably have to drop the gpu to a R7 250. Would that be alot worse..?

Most PSUs that come in a case are junk. The PSU is not the place to go cheap. The overall health and stability of your system depend on a quality PSU. Cheap ones can die for no apparent reason, and because they typically lack protection circuits, will often kill attached parts.
XFX (made by Seasonic) may have some relatively inexpensive models; 450W would be enough.
