My PC boot up, but it doesn't detect monitor

I just built my new PC 2day, after windows installation, I messed around with settings and accidentally, disabled the intel HD graphic which came on the board itself, after that, my monitor went into power saving mode after that I tried to reset my PC using reset button, it boots up normally but it won't detect my monitor

Mobo : GA Z97X-UD3H-BK
CPU : core i7 4790k
VGA : Asus GTX 970
PSU : Corsair RM 850

-I tried changing RAM slot but it doesn't work
any suggestion would be highly appreciate, thanks

Try removing the CMOS battery for 10-20 seconds to see if that has any effect. Put it back in afterwards.

You have got your monitor plugged into the graphics card and not the motherboard haven't you ?

1. Restart your computer.
2. Press DELETE key until you enter BIOS setup.
3. Make sure primary graphics adapter is set to PCI in BIOS menu or advanced BIOS options, etc.
4. Make sure monitor display cable is plugged into Graphics card
5. Restart.
Let me know if this fails. I'll post second set of instructions

I did try it on both motherboard ports and Graphic card ports, but my monitor doesn't come with HDMI ports, so I some kind of ports that convert normal monitor ports into HDMI ports, but it still doesn't work. sorry for my bad english

Make sure it's plugged into the motherboard.
Remove your graphics card.
Do the BIOS to set primary graphics/display adapter to "internal"
