My PC boot up, but it doesn't detect monitor

I just built my new PC 2day, after windows installation, I messed around with settings and accidentally, disabled the intel HD graphic which came on the board itself, after that, my monitor went into power saving mode after that I tried to reset my PC using reset button, it boots up normally but it won't detect my monitor

Mobo : GA Z97X-UD3H-BK
CPU : core i7 4790k
VGA : Asus GTX 970
PSU : Corsair RM 850

-I tried changing RAM slot but it doesn't work
any suggestion would be highly appreciate, thanks

I did try it on both motherboard ports and Graphic card ports, but my monitor doesn't come with HDMI ports, so I some kind of ports that convert normal monitor ports into HDMI ports, but it still doesn't work. sorry for my bad english

My PC can't detect any monitors, so I think it's impossible for me to go into bios :) thanks for info

No boot screen AT ALL? Remove your graphics card, and try my instructions again.

I tried it, but it still doesn't work, I mean the PC still can't detect my monitor, but the Fan on my GPU and everything seems fine, I can even shut down the PC by using Alt+F4+Enter

Make sure it's plugged into the motherboard.
Remove your graphics card.
Do the BIOS to set primary graphics/display adapter to "internal"
