What are the pros and cons between both motherboards? WHat are they good/bad for? Etc.
I'm trying to build a computer and as far as I can tell, the sabertooth is just a fancy m5a99fx, but I'm not sure. Help please?

Do you mean that the m5a99fx doesn't have usb 3.0 ports?

Haha allright, in my opinion not really worth the 50$ price difference, I think I'll use that to buy a more powerful processor instead

CPU - The 9000 series processors are simply 8000 series processors with, for the lack of better terms, a factory overclock. Look toward the 8320 or 8350 for your purchase. Overclocking either will bring it in line with the 9590.
CPU Cooler - I have had a fans on those Arctic 7 coolers go bad very quickly. Consider the Hyper 212 EVO cooler or, for the same cost as the Arctic, the TX3.
HD / SSD - Not needed?
MEM - The AMD platform(s) respond nicely to faster memory. No need to go over 1.5v though...
GPU - Upgraded with the budget saved from the CPU swap.
PSU - No CX / CS / Builder series from Corsair. Stick with XFX or Seasonic.
Wireless - Changed to an internal card instead of USB.

Hey thanks for the help! I already have 2 HDs that I'm putting in there. However, are you sure that I should get the 8320 cpu rather than the 8350? Will they be able to run games like BF4, Planetside 2, etc.?

Yep! Your target overclock for either the 8320 or 8350 should above 4.5GHz. In a minority of cases, the 8350 will go higher (due to AMD being selective of whether the CPU get the 8320 or 8350 badge when it leaves the factory), but the 8320 is a good choice here. Whether you have an 8320 / 8350 / 9370 or 9350.... after overclocking, they all perform the same.

FWIW my 8320 is water cooled (Corsiar H110) and runs extremely cool at 4.5GHz. It has a bit more untapped potential which I don't see the need to obtain. 4.5GHz is very respectable for an FX build.
