help me to overclock me i3 530 cpu

Hi guys, i ve tried to overclock my i3 530 cpu but i couldn`t cause when i tried to change the FSB the area where grey and i couldn`t change anything , only the multipliar wich where already on 22 (max)
i ve got that specs:
Motherboard: H55MXV foxconn
CPU: i3 530 2,93 ghz
RAm:dd3 4gb at 1333 mhz
GC: AtI 5600 HD
But i am not sure if my motherboard allowe`d me to do the overcloack , or even to adjust more power (cause i `ve got a not bad cooling system)
help me pliz

Agera One
Only "K" series CPU and Z & X series chipsets motherboards allow overclocking. Forcing overclock in non-k CPUs WILL damage the motherboard VRM and death finally.

Okay,Agera thank you for your info . I do not really need to overcloack ,actually it cames time to change almost my whole system , so i wanted to see what i can take from this one by o/c it
