Solution
You will save a lot of money and get equal/better performance for most tasks (including lightroom and gaming) with an i7 4790k. You don't need the pci-e bandwidth for anything you have listed nor do you need 6 cores/ddr4. Overclocking the 4790k will increase your performance more than adding extra cores would.
Invest the money you save in an 850 Pro SSD or a larger SSD. If you are doing photography professionally, invest in a quality RAID setup either internal or external with mirroring.
Unless you need Nvidia, the GTX 770 is a poor performer for $300. I would either step up to the 970 for $50 more or save some money and pick up an R9 290 with a good cooler. The gtx 770 is 3 generations old since it is basically a gtx 680.
