what test should i choose out of the 3 of the selected torture test for GAMING purposes.
and for how long the test should be?

i7 930 D0 4.0GHZ OC

Small FFTs, for around 4-5 hours. Monitor your temps with a suitable program.

Use HWinfo, it does a pretty good joob. And if the temp difference is not large (like in 10s on degress), then it's fine as well.

i have to disagree a little here. Games can also use a decent amount of system ram as well as cpu resources. That said, I would run small for a few hours, and if that's stable run blend for a while, as blend stresses out more ram than the cpu test.
