For some reason when im playing far cry 4 the game just drops alot of fps and stutters and its just ruining the experience for me to play the game. I've had no trouble with other games maxing them out such as Far Cry 3 and Alien isolation. I dont know if this is just a ubisoft thing or its my PC. If anyone could help me out i will be grateful

Specs
AMD FX6300 oc to 4.0ghz
Gigabyte USB3 - 78MLT motherboard
Palit GTX 970

H80i cooler.

Your CPU isn`t the best for gaming, if you have the money consider buy a high-end cpu. Far Cry 4 is also very bad optimized, so if you lower your settings a bit, that could also help it :)

You GPU can max out the game but your CPU's falling behind. Also, get the latest drivers by nvidia which get rid of a lot of issues regarding stuttering. If you've torrented the game which I really hope you haven't, get the latest update for it.

I did torrent the game as i dont believe in spending my hard earned money on any ubisoft games after watch dogs and Assassins creed unity disappointments. i have got all the latest drivers and patches.

My cpu doesnt bottleneck on any other games so it is this game in particular , it has to do with the bad optimization. Heres my game play for Alien Isolation where im getting over 100FPS https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Gds8YVh1KfE

check your CPU usage in games, if its higher than your GPU usage then you're getting a bottleneck. If they're both the same then you dont have a bottleneck.
