Hey people!
A couple of weeks ago my computer started restarting itself or freezing with a buzzing sound when I was playing games. Now the issue got worse and it will freeze pretty much anywhere. It does not have a specific situations. Sometimes the computer stays on for hours and sometimes for 2 minutes.
My specs
PSU - MTEK 460W (it says 650w in a different place)
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Duo CPU E7400 @ 2.80GHz (2 CPUs), ~2.8GHz
Motherboard - ECS G41T-M5
Memory: 4096MB RAM ddr2
HD 320 GB - 4 years old.
Operating System: Windows 8 Pro 64-bit (6.2, Build 9200) (9200.win8_rtm.120725-1247)
GPU - Zotac Synergy 4gb (Gtx 730)
So the first thing I tries was raplacing the thermal paste and adding a new exhaustor. Temps are good but problem is still going on.
I tried cleaning the ram, also no sucess. I tried running the computer with only one of each stick and no sucess.
I ran my computer without the GPU, also crashed.
Formatting the HD does not work as well. Also tried with two different HDs.
Time to buy a console I guess.
