Get a better PSU like an EVGA G2 / P2 or Seasonic X and I'd also invest in a better cooler like a Noctua or Phanteks but otherwise everything else looks good to me.

Both power supplies and coolers that you picked out are the same units. As far as power supply goes that's an excellent choice I have the 750W unit and I just bought the 850W unit to replace my dead Silencer MKII. How much wattage you need depends on how many GPUs you plan to run. If you're only using one then the 750W will suffice. Two - 850W.

As for cooler that depends purely on aesthetics as to what color you go with. The motherboard you have picked is a white / black color scheme so I would probably go with the black one just to be on the safe side.
