Does my PSU supply enough power to my PC?

I have a corsair CX600M PSU, with a XFX 7970 and Intel i5 3330, One 500 gb HDD and one Optical DVD drive. Is my PSU strong enough? I was playing serious sam 3 BFE and my computer just restarted, could this be my PSU? Ive taken it to a computer repair shop and they said that everything was good apart from my HDD which they "fixed" however my PC still restarts.

Any ideas?

made with bad quality capacitors, they break very quickly. a broken PSU puts all your rig at risk of breaking. THat's why you never cheap out on a PSU. Always get a solid, reliable unit.
