IS THIS BUILD GOOD? I AM NOT PLANNING TO OVERLOCK THE GPU JUST THE CPU TO 4.3-4.4
DO YOU THINK THAT I WILL BE ABLE TO OVERLOCK IT TO 4.4

It is a good build. How much you will be able to overclock totally depends upon the chip itself. Nothing can be said with certainty. However, with this CPU, you should get 4.4 or so. Air cooler is the best one here. Good Luck.
