GPU: GTX 770
CPU: FX-8350
RAM: 8GB 1866Mhz
CPU cooler: Coolermaster Hyper 212 EVO
MOBO: Asus M5A99X
I'm not sure what the problem is, but if my computer has been on for an extended amount of time, even if i haven't been playing games, games like Battlefield 4, Watchdogs, and Titanfall all start losing fps or stuttering when I play them. But as soon as I restart my computer it's fine. I have checked my CPU temps, it's fine, it gets to max 45 C when playing games and drops to the 20s when not playing games. Is it my GPU? My GPU drivers are up to date also. I just want to have some hardcore gaming sessions without having to restart all the time to play high power games. Thanks for any replies.

I did what you said and it said I was using 6.83 GB of Ram when I have 8 and that was during watchdogs when the stuttering happened. could it be that I single channel memory rather than dual channel?

I think my Ram may be the issue, after an extended amount of time gaming i saw that my memory got stuck running at about 4.4 while doing nothing, whereas before having gamed it was running at about 2.3 while doing nothing. Once i restarted my computer it went back down to 2.3 and my games won't stutter until i have played for a while.

I had this problem when I upgraded my GPU to a 960, after a week of tinkering I found that disabling page file, turning off (not restarting) and starting the PC , enabling it again and setting it to "automatically manage paging..." applying and turning it of and on again fixed the stuttering I had, hopefully it works for you.
