Planning to overclock an FX-8320 to 4-4.2 GHz. I hate dealing with rebates, but is this one worth it? Which would you pick? Or is there another, equal or better option (liquid or air) around the same price point that would keep the temps cool. Let me know! Thanks!

I've been researching many many many forum posts. All say that the Hyper 212 Evo is the best cooler under $50. So I think I'm going to stick with that, unless someone gives a fantastic substitute.

Saw that Zalman on sale, looks pretty sweet. It says compatible for AM3, but will it work with AM3+ also?
Don't know if I want that Zalman judging by the reviews, installation on an AM3+ socket is an absolute nightmare. I'm still considering the Seidon 120V though.

And side bitching: Newegg and their rebates....
