Need advice for mobo z97

what is the best mobo for i7 4790k. there is so many to choose from
asus z97 a
asrock extreme 4
gigybyte gaming 5
by budget is £100
i might do overclocking in near future when needed. i am very confused about bios and how to update it if u need to update and which bios i need ,what kind of mobo will have that
plzzzzz help me

Per his PM, the Z-97A is apparently too expensive. Budget is £100 as I am aware. Which is why I recommended the Gaming 5. As I said in the PM, if you can afford the Hero VII or another of the ROG boards, they are good choices. If not, as I said and has been clearly indicated here, the Z97-A is probably the best board near the £100 mark.

Is there a reason you're going with the i7 instead of the i5? Are you rendering video or doing something besides gaming? If gaming and browsing are your main goals, go with the i5-4690k which is about £100 cheaper than the i7, and get a really good motherboard to overclock it on like the Hero VII or for the money, the Z97-Pro. is asrouck and asus is better than gigbyte 5
and do u think asrock killer is solid choice , its £27 less than giga 5 asrock ext4
