I recently built a gaming PC with these parts

-EVGA 500 Watt Bronze power supply
-R9 280X Graphics card
-Intel I5 4440 core processor
-H81M-D Plus Motherboard
-Enermax PC case with three 120mm cooling fans

My question is what is the max temperature that the GPU can go without burning, etc? Also, will there be like some kind of warning that tells me that the GPU is getting too hot? And my final question, what is a good idle temperature and a good temperature while I'm gaming? When it's idle, it is 35-37 degrees celcius. When I'm gaming it's around 52-65 degrees celcius.

Solution
You can double check that on AMD site. different GPU will have different tolerance. But in reality it is wise to keep your GPU temp below 90c. With after market cooler cards like 280X full load temperature (game not GPU burn program like furmark or OCCT) might not even exceed 80c given you have good air flow inside your case.
