Not even close. That CPU is far too old and weak. This would be far better.

Still not even close. You are going to want a CPU with 4 cores or over, and a 690 or 770+ or 970+ or R9 280+ to achieve 60FPS+ on ultra

The OP said high, why you keep bring up ultra, I do not know. OP, this isn't 2007 anymore, get away from old core 2 stuff. An i3 4150 is superior to any core 2 chip. Even last gen ivy was superior. 270x is faster than a 660 and BF4 supports Mantle, which will help with any CPU bottlenecks, the i3 might experience. You do not need a sound card. Motherboard has that. Fan controller is unnecessary. PSU is poor quality. You have two cpu coolers in your list too. My build is still superior.

If you're near a micro center you can pick the CPU/mb combo up for around $130 on offer.

That game is the reason you talk about value for money about amd(8320-8350 win by far any i5),so back to the topic and not about my amd passion, you definetely need more cores,so thums up on the canadian
