Slow PC (Low Cpu Usage)

Last week my computer can run mozilla, league of legends, and music at the same time.
I ran virus scans (detected no virus) and after that my computer became slow i don't know whats the cause of it...

Comp specs:
Win 7 Ultimate 32-bit
Intel(R) Pentium(R) CPU G2020 @ 2.90Ghz (2 CPUs)
Memory: 2048ram
Page file:1747MB used, 1856mb available

More ram might help

If ccleaner is installed go to tools/startup and tools/uninstall

Bottom right.. Copy and paste whats installed and whats in startup in here
