It will do it automatically unless you have the power profile set to maximum battery life. If you are running a single threaded program, the CPU will automatically overclock itself because it won't overheat with just one core overclocked.

I did not know if I could manually turn on Turbo or not.

From what I have read it did not mention I could do that
so I figured it was a automatic thing.
