I am getting an upgrade. My specs will be as follows -
Asus / MSI GTX 760 2GB.
i5-4690K
Corsair Vengeance 8 GB DDR3-1600
Cooler Master 281K
I haven't decided on the mother board yet, but since I'm on a budget it's gonna be the cheapest Z97 i can find.

I'd mainly like to know if I'll be able to run AC Unity and a few of the other next gen games.
Also if you could shed some light on which motherboard I should get - not more than 115-125$ though...

Well that screws your entire theory of getting a cheap board. Cheap boards have cheap power phases which do not work well nor stable with overclocked cpus plus they tend to run very hot. The Z97-A or Z87-A are likely your best "budget" options for a decent board that will be satisfactory for overclocking. There are other, cheaper boards, that you CAN overclock on. That doesn't mean you "should" overclock on them though. 3.9 is a pretty mild overclock though so you could probably get by with this if you can't afford something better:

And...
Are you in the US? At that price range, the ASUS Z-97-A is probably the clear winner of choice. 8 phase power (In case you decide to OC the 4690K which I'd highly recommend).

Obviously, with the GTX 760 you're not going to be playing any really demanding next gen games at high or ultra settings, but you should do ok on them at medium, possibly with a few features turned down. You might do very well on some titles though.

I don't see your PSU listed. Are you reusing your current PSU and if so, or even if not, what is the brand and model number you intend to use with the 760. What you have now may not be sufficient for the upgrade and if you're upgrading that too, going with a cheap one will not serve you well.

No, I'm not in the US, I'm in India and for some reason it feels like everything is slightly more expensive here.
My PSU (Upgrading) will be a Corsair VS650.
Can you reccomend something better than a GTX 760 then, but in the same price range.
Wouldn't the Gigabyte GA-Z97M-D3H or MSI Z97 be cheaper?

That's a Tier 3 PSU and while it WILL work, it's not the best choice for a high end card, which the 760 is even if it's at the lower end, of the high end scale.

What country are you in? Exactly WHICH parts do you still need and what is your total budget for ALL the hardware you need to purchase?

I live in India. I needed to upgrade my computer and decided on the following components-
CPU - i5-4690K
Cabinet- Cooler Master 281K
GPU - GTX 760
PSU - Corsair VS650
RAM - Corsair Vengeance 8 GB DDR3
Motherboard- Have not decided yet as you already know.
As for budget, all of this not for more than 800-810 $.

Yes, I do. Maybe to about 3.9 Ghz, but I don't know how to overclock yet. I'll learn as soon as I buy the CPU.

And this would be a better choice than the GTX 760, but either GPU will be pretty fair for medium settings on most games and even high or ultra on less demanding titles. :

AC Unity is recommended by Nvidia for systems with a GTX 770 or higher, but it's minimum recommendation is a GTX 680. The 760 is just a bit lower than that, and I know the game pushes the R9 270x pretty hard on medium so the 280 would be my minimum recommendation for smooth game play.

You will also need an aftermarket CPU cooler if you plan to overclock. Overclocking with the stock cooler is a BAD idea. The Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO would be the minimum you want to overclock with.

I guess that's the best way to go. I've never used and AMD GPU before but I guess that this is the best option for me.
Just one more thing(sorry for being so pissing off), which brand should I go with. You've sent me a Sapphire link so should I go with Sapphire or is there something better. Also how far is it possible to overclock safely provided I get the Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo?

Flipkart is wrong, that card's recommended minimum PSU is 550w so considering you are overclocking as well, I would not go with anything lower than a good 600w unit and a 650w unit would be better. If you are going to overclock, I would not use the VS series PSU. I do understand that selection is rather limited for India and that the VS series is considerably cheaper than a better unit, but with using a decent PCIe GPU card AND with overclocking, the Corsair CX and VS series PSU's, which are Tier 3 units, are seriously not recommended.

If you go with the VS 650w you would possibly be ok, but I would really, REALLY, recommend something better even if it means you have to wait a bit longer and save up a little more in order to do so. This is the unit I would recommend:

As far as overclocking goes, I'd say 4Ghz would be a good maximum considering the quality of the motherboard not being top shelf and especially if you don't go with a better PSU than the VS. With a better motherboard and PSU you could probably do 4.5Ghz with no trouble.
