xfinity wifi hotspot issues

Hey all, was wondering if anyone can assist me with my issues with this xfinity hotspot. I was able to connect and log in just fine, internet worked like a charm for 2-3 days. Then one evening while playing an online game my game got disconnected to to a timeout. Ever since then I havent been able to play any game or stream anything online. Any help would be appreciated.

Yes. Keep in mind the wifi signal isnt coming from my router.. it is a xfinity wifi hotspot that is created from my router. Which is werid because I can turn my router off and the signal will still be there.

Xfin hotspot transmits from all Comcast Wireless Gateways in the area that aren't opted out. The bandwidth is fractional to the private wifi speeds of the Residential wireless gateway (Comcast cable modem with wifi built in). Performance of the hotspot is compromised if many use it in the same area because the bandwidth is tiny. Always use your own network when at home. The default network name and pass is located on the bottom of your Comcast equipment. Use the hotspot when you are mobile.
