I'm not planning on overclocking but I'm trying to squeeze in the best possible build (base from reviews) with a tight budget. I'd like to ask If I'll be good to go with these specs in the long run - esp for playing games in high/ultra settings with modern games these days.

Here's the list of my first attempt pc build:

CPU: Intel Core i5-4460 3.2GHz Quad-Core
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212X 82.9 CFM
Motherboard: Asus Z97-A ATX LGA1150
Memory: Corsair Vengeance 8GB (1 x 8GB) DDR3-1600
Storage: Seagate Barracuda 3TB 3.5" 7200RPM
Video Card: MSI GeForce GTX 760 2GB TWIN FROZR
Case: Fractal Design Arc Mini R2
Power Supply: XFX 850W ATX12V / EPS12V

and a link from PC Part Picker: http://pcpartpicker.com/b/CRwV3C

Any suggestions for an alternative parts (that's still within range for a tight budget) would be greatly appreciated.

*Note: Not planning on watercooling. I might go all out for an air-cooling solution with this build (ie: at least 6 - 7 120 fans all throughout).

These specs are actually in one my earlier mock build list. But as the budget goes,I'm looking for other alternative build that you guys might be able to suggest; your first suggestion is giving me a good idea though.

As for the CPU, I'm actually trying to aim with Intel Core i5-4690 now.
