GTX 970 STRIX with 4K or 144hz 1ms or IPS 5ms ?!?!?

Hello!
I'm building a brand new pc and as said in the title im planing on buying a 970 but I don't know if i should get 4k, 144hz or IPS monitor.
People say 4k will give you hard time with fps and for other displays I'm not sure which one to go for, 1ms or 5ms.
The pricing is basically the same but I really want a 4k with 970 so which is the best for the best gaming experience?!?
Focus is on gaming.

You'll struggle real hard to maintain even comfortable high-preset FPS on 4k, whereas you can get excellent maxed out FPS on 144Hz (assuming it's 1080p). It'll be decent FPS for high-ultra settings on 1440p as well. Response times makes minimal difference, you can't tell the difference b/w a 1ms and a 5ms screen. I'd get a 1440p monitor at best.
