Hello,

For such CPUs, your only source could be local PC shops or amazon/ebay/etc.

What model is your motherboard and the CPU?

Check this:

Are you sure the CPU/motherboard is in good working condition? Because it should support a large variety of CPUs, so your Pentium dual-core should work. It is possible your motherboard needs a BIOS upgrade (for that, go for the cheapest P4: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Intel-Pentium-4-CPU-Socket-775-Processor-2-80GHz-1M-800-04A-SL7PR-/121450664823?pt=CPUs&hash=item1c47061377, if you are from US, install it, upgrade the BIOS to the latest version -be sure you have an UPS with the system, as a power failure will damage the BIOS- and install your dual-core).
