OS = Win 7 32bit

I didn't had any anti virus installed and I think I got infected by flash drives. When ever I try to download A/V either this happens:

Or A/V setup gets locked:

I have tried many times same happens. I have dual boot with Win 8.1. It works fine but If I install it on 8.1, it won't start in 7 and will give me some "blah blah not found" error. If I get installation work, in the middle it will show error "can not open blah blah file, access denied". I don't know what to do, not only it locks A/V exe setups but many other exe stuff too. Any idea?

Even though most of these AV companies have tools to scan before boot I would honestly just backup everything that's important re-format and re-install Windows 7. I don't think I've ever seen a PC work "as new" after removing serious malware from it. Best option is always to re-install.

In case you're not going to do that then these tools should help:

Kaspersky:
http://www.kaspersky.com/virus-scanner
Check out the Virus removal tool and the Rescue Disk.

AVG:
http://www.avg.com/ww-en/virus-removal
If you know what infected you they offer the tool to remove it.

Norton:
https://security.symantec.com/nbrt/overview.aspx?
Try power eraser and if that doesn't do it try the other one.

ESET:
http://kb.eset.com/esetkb/index?page=content&id=SOLN3035
Read the instructions and try their removal tool and see if it works.

Agreed. Given a particularly bad virus, wipe and reinstall.
Going through the whole process of scan and clean, with several tools, will probably take longer than just a reinstall.

Too much data, can't do fresh install at the moment. And I know it could fix issue easily.
