I would like a case to have a side window, fit an ATX motherboard, have a black exterior and have 5.25" mounts in the front

You can consider this phanteks enthoo pro a real bang for buck case with 1x200 fan in front, 1x140 mm fan in rear and a fan controller supporting upto 8 fans plus its has long GPU clearance.
Plus it have lots of fan bays.
