Extremely high memory usage while idle

I need some help here... after running my computer for a few hours Things start to slow down, I open up my Task Manager to find 85-90% of my physical memory being used, upon checking the processes tab, not much seems to be happening, other than scvhost taking up 200K nothing here looks like it should be adding up to that much memory

I look at my resource monitor and it tells me much of the same

I've run Malwarebytes, spybot and MSE and they all come up clean, I'm at a loss, please help

Try to find the app that uses that much,go to the start -up folder and uncheck everything that's not windows,start again and check one at the time to see which might cause troubles.
I see a lot of chrome open too,try firefox for a change and see of that helps for instance.
