What do you think about this case

Solution
Go with it, I personally like staying with name brand as they may have better customer service in the off chance something goes wrong. And for the same price I would really look at the Rosewill over a DIY case anyday

Whats your top budget for the case? I am just hesitant on buying a case that is not really a name brand when there are some out there that are good quality name brand for almost the same amount

Solution
This doesn't apply to all cases, but the majority that come with fans I wouldn't expect the fans to last as long as good aftermarket fans. Even going with a name brand case several years back, I got a new Antec case. The supplied Antec fans were ok for awhile but only lasted maybe a year. I ended up replacing with Scythe fans. Especially on a case at that price. Usually 2 good quality 120mm fans cost the same as that whole case does, so if they last even 6mo to a year you're getting a deal. Better cases are more about design, features, rolled seams, access to hard drives, cable routing etc. A less expensive case is perfectly suitable.
