I am looking to upgrade my graphics card to my gaming system and I have found that the radeon R9 290x and R9 290 are both good cards and smash any game but what is the difference
I am looking to upgrade my graphics card to my gaming system and I have found that the radeon R9 290x and R9 290 are both good cards and smash any game but what is the difference
about 4% i own both a asus r9 290 single fan an a xfx double d 290x it isnt worth spending the extra money for the 290x there really wasnt that great of an increase IMO. minimal fps gain for the money.to my dissapointment..in hindsight i should've just bought another 290 cheap an crossfired them. lol im doing that now with both my cards.its not necessary but since i havem i crossem. Oh an as far as heat goes on the singles dont worry unless they pass 95. dang things are designed that way.though ive never seen either of mine pass 84 under stress testing...
