Hyper 212 Evo Troubles Installing

Im trying to install a hyper 212 evo but only 3 of the screws touch down to the mother board. Im using an older mother board, From an hp pre-built computer. It has a amd fx 6300.

All but one of the screws to the motherboard with the springs on them isnt screwed down

Unscrew them until they're just barely threaded. Make sure all 4 are threaded then you can tighten them down.

Major Force :

You have to make sure you have the pin on the scissor bracket is sitting in the base of the heatsink. When you tighten the screws you have to thread each one in just so they bite. Then torque them all down little by little. Alternating between them till they are all the way in.
