My setup is as follows, I just want to run everything at stock speed (I have the stock cooler on for now) so I could use some input into the bios. Should I just run with everything on auto? Bios has the cpu at 39 degrees celsius at idle right now and the only thing I've been able to figure out is to maybe crank the memory frequency from auto to 1866. Any guides out there? Thanks!

Solution
By default, your pc will run at default speeds.
In the BIOS, Load Optimized Defaults and save changes. Then check if the ram is running at 1866. If not you just need to change that.
