I'm doing my first build AND I CAN USE ADVICE!!!! Am I going overkill anywhere? I suspect fans may be a bit much. I did a lot of research but I'm still unsure. Anywhere I should spend less to spend on other things? Only bought 2 parts so far, waiting for that tax refund. I plan to use this build for gaming and Photoshop!!!

CPU-I5 4690K
Graphics-GTX 970 4gb
RAM-8gb 16000 G.skill Sniper 9 cas
PSU-550w Seasonic G-series semi-modular
MOBO-Asus Sabertooth z97 Mark 2
Case-Corsair Spec-02 (tried to keep the case cheap)
CPU Cooler- Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo
Storage-128g SSD samsung and 1TB blue caviar HD
Fans-2 static pressure 120mm for push/pull on EVO cooler, 2 120mm AF for top exhaust, 2 140mm front intake. Plan to use stock fans (120mm) for rear exhaust and bottom intake.

The CPU and MOBO are paid for, and the rest of the components come to a total of $783.73, and can still be changed. Any advice? Would this many fans be over kill if I plan to OC my CPU?

Solution
Mine personally, I have 2 stock 120mm fans in the front, 1 stock fan in the back and a CPU Cooler which keeps everything at 35-50c while gaming. If you want more fans go with more but really unless you plan on really OC'ing to the max. If thats the case go with a h100i water cooler.

How many fans would you recommend, and if I cut down which ones should I skimp on? The second top fan(or both), the bottom intake, one of the front intakes, or the bottom fan? Maybe even one of the fans on the CPU cooler? I have no idea whats best for keeping it cool, hence I was going a bit overkill lol.
