What motherboard is compatible with the i5 4609k processor and a Nvidia GTX 970?

I got the i5 4609k processor and the Nvidia GTX 970. Now I need the rest of the PC and I don't know what processor is compatible with the i5 cpu. I know how to put everything together since I did tons of research and tests at home on my current PC but I don't know which motherboard to get. Many thanks in advance!

Depends on your budget.
ASUS Z97-A is a solid choice.
If you can splash more money, ASUS Maximus VII Hero.

Might look at the Rock's Z97 Killer (about $115)

My budget is around 50 quid tops though I would prefer cheaper if such a thing is possible.
