First off this is for my friends computer, and it starting malfunctioning after I scan and clean with Malwarebytes.
The first thing that happened was that I ran malwarebytes, and I clicked reboot after it was done.
computer would turn on to a black screen with the cursor. I tried rebooting a couple of times and nothing, so I decided to wait. After about 30 minutes I rebooted again it was stuck at the BIOS splash screen (He had an Acer computer) and wouldn't go past.
I had my laptop with me so I quickly made a Windows 8 disc (what he was running), and i inserted it. It got past the splash screen and the computer stayed on, but the screen started changing as if the resolution was changing (It would have a black screen for about 1 second then a grayish screen, and kept on going back and forth.
Now he is pretty pissed as he uses his computer a lot. I also tried creating a repair disk and it would so the same as the Windows 8 disc.
I should also note that i ran ADWCleaner before malwarebytes but the
He has an acer computer with an i5 and integrated graphics, and I think 6 gigs of RAM.
