I dont think that you will be happy with this.

I guess the card won't handle it on high settings (1080p).

Maybe you should go with an AMD FX 8320 and an AMD R9 280X, this would give you a performance boost for some little extra money. Also you would profit from the 1gig additional VRAM on the r9.

AC Unity is optimized only for Nvidia
AMD is horrible with this game

And i was planing to go medium/high settings

Actually, AC: Unity is poorly optimized all around. No matter what GPU you get, it's going to suck the life out of it. It is also recommended to use a 3rd party cooler, and not use stock with your CPU.
