That's a 3.9Ghz CPU so it runs almost as well as the 8350 in single threaded applications and most games don't need more than a single or dual core for good performance so having a couple extra cores for the rest of the system services is fine. I wouldn't go any bigger on the GPU unless you overclock it though.

Nope, that's a solid budget build right there. Did I help you with that build? Ah, just kidding. I don't see any problem with that build but if you can afford a little bit more, I'd do it like this with the faster RAM that has a lower latency and go with the WD HDD instead of the Seagate as it's more reliable if any of the reliability reports are accurate.

Keep in mind, that case only comes with the rear fan included so you're going to want to either get a case that comes with most of the fan locations already filled, or get a few more fans, preferably PWM fans, and a couple of Y splitters for them as that board only has one PWM case fan header, two three pin headers and a single CPU fan header.
