I don't see any problem with that build but if you can afford a little bit more, I'd do it like this with the faster RAM that has a lower latency and go with the WD HDD instead of the Seagate as it's more reliable if any of the reliability reports are accurate.

That's a 3.9Ghz CPU so it runs almost as well as the 8350 in single threaded applications and most games don't need more than a single or dual core for good performance so having a couple extra cores for the rest of the system services is fine. I wouldn't go any bigger on the GPU unless you overclock it though.

Keep in mind, that case only comes with the rear fan included so you're going to want to either get a case that comes with most of the fan locations already filled, or get a few more fans, preferably PWM fans, and a couple of Y splitters for them as that board only has one PWM case fan header, two three pin headers and a single CPU fan header.
