first time oc, keep bsod in stress test

here are the settings I wrote down
220 short
200 long
200 core current
additional turbo voltage @ .78(crashes even sooner on auto)
offset voltage .020
cpu calibration lvl 4(testing 5 too)
in cpu config I have disabled cpu c3/c6/ and package c

sorry if this isnt enough information just let me know, I keep crashing within a few minutes of prime95 stress test. My temps seem fine..cpu load @63 and gpu @70

You might also want to check for WHEA errors, as they are an indicator that your overclock is unstable and needs more voltage. To check for them, click on start and search for event viewer, open it. Then on the left pane click Applications and service logs, then in the middle pane click microsoft, then...

Then on the left pane click Applications and service logs, then in the middle pane click microsoft, then click windows, then scroll down to kernel-WHEA and click on it. If it shows any error appearing, you are not stable and need more voltage.
