I am a first time builder and I am looking to spend $675 dollars on a gaming pc. This will not include monitor, keyboard, mouse. It is $900 with them. I am looking to play games like arma 2, arma 3, cs:go, and some other first person games, on as high settings as possible. I have watched some videos and compiled the list below. Any feedback is helpful.
