need help for 1st pc build....budget 35000inr(650$)

GFX R7 260x = 10000/Gtx 750ti = 11500
RAM 4GB CORSAIR = 2700
Ga H81M S1 = 3500 / GA B5M D3H = 5500
LG 18.5 inch MONITOR = 5500
SEAGATE 500GB HDD = 3400
OTHERS = 4000
TOTAL = 36700 inr/ 40500 inr
Shall i be happy with the 36700 budget pc....will it be sufficient for 720p gaming at mid-high setup???
