So, the other day I installed new drivers from Nvidia and installed Battlefield 4 and several expansions. I played the game for several hours and then turned my computer off. I then come back the next day turn my computer on to find Windows is running some prompt prior to logging in and adding security files? My computer then starts up Windows to a black screen with my mouse. I can not ctrl+alt+delete, and restarted my computer several times to find the same exact issue several times. I restored to a later date and now I am having an issue stating Windows 7 Build 7601 is not genuine.

I tried cmd.exe -> slui.exe and it comes up as an error has occurred Code: 0x800700B7 Description: Cannot create a file when that file already exists.

I tried going to my Control Panel -> System and Security -> System and under Windows Activiation it states: Status not avaiable Product ID: Not Available

And I tried to use MAGdiag (1.9.0027.0) and copy my results and it shows: Failed to create output files, hr = 0x80070002. Please contact support.

I then tried to contact support on the 24/7 messaging system to find EVERY SINGLE TIME I try to connect to someone it says that the person is now busy and to wait to which I wait 30+ minutes to find no one to answer. I then refresh the page to connect to someone else and again I can not connect to the person,

Please help!

Thank you in advance for the help!

Solution
I also question the copy of BF4 you installed. I'm guessing you downloaded that as well which is what gave you the problem in the first place. Buy your software, problems are solved.
