my cpu reaches 100% when playing games and befor it used to sit around 50% help !!!!!

hi,

i have fx 4130 and hd radeon 6790.
my problem is that when i play games they freze for a second or more and when i check cpu usage it shows that its 100% and before it was approx 50 %

You might just have a lot of CPU load.

I'm just suggesting ideas, sorry if any are wrong.

no, i know a bit about processors and i checked everything i know
i checked temps
clock
voltage
malware
ram speed
done memtest
done prime 95
