Please understand that I am not assuming that you are pirating, but that is many times one of the problems that has been found with such an incident if you're computer is more than capable of playing the game.
My suggestion would be to check for DirectX updates; if this is not the case, see if there is any redistributables packed in the game installation files that you have not installed. Another option is to see if there is conflict with the settings you are currently running on the GeForce GTX 760 such as triple buffering, etc.
