SMART shows caution regarding c5 and c6

I just ran a smart check on my external seagate 3tb drive. The tool shows caution saying this

c5 Current Pending sector count 24
c6 Current uncorrectable sector count 24

A screen shot of the data

I downloaded the seatools and ran the "Short drive self test" which showed a pass.

Also, the temperature on the external is quite higher than the internal drive.

Should I worry?

PS: The drive is 6 months old and I filled nearly a tera byte.

Solution
Run SeaTools again but use the Long/Extended test instead as it's more thorough than the short test.
If it passes the Long test, all is well, but don't rely on just that one drive for important data backups. Get another drive and put the same data on it because even a healthy drive can suddenly fail without necessarily giving you any prior warning.

External drives typically run hotter than internal ones because there's much less space for air to circulate inside the enclosure, plus of course it doesn't have any cooling fans near it like internal ones have.

Hi, thanks for the reply, I just ran a long test(I set it not to fix the errors, just test) and while the test was running the smart data has returned to normal and the temp is back to 46. So it's going to be all right?
