Hello,

I got a problem with blue screen when trying to install and run nero 15 platinum as in the installation process it wanted to install C++ package 2012 but suddenly got blue screen and pc did restart. Then it continued the installation and finished. Once I tried to run nero it got error that "msvcp110.dll" is missing and searching online need to install vcredist_x86.exe and x64 version. Did install and run nero again and get same error missing file with blue screen and pc restarts again. Tried multiple times and same result. This is the minidump file in link

Seems no one going to answer this. I tried to diagnose the problem and found that it was mostly caused by Gigabyte auto tune which overclocks the cpu automatically after testing. It did tune my i5 4690k with liquid cooler (seidon 120v) to 4.6GHZ and I did test it with primie95 for 30 minutes and temperature were around 50C max. It is been two days since the overclock and just yesterday started getting these blue screen. After setting default overclock setting i'm not getting blue screen anymore.

If temperature of cpu was not the issue then maybe the overclock is not setting enough voltage and so cpu it not stable? It is weird I thought this gigabyte software is capable of good oc with its stability test and I am using Gigabyte GA-Z97-D3H so should be compatible with the software.

Any suggestions or you would advise me to do manual oc? Thank you very much :)
