Hi,

Hoping someone can help, I have what I imagine is a proprietary HP motherboard, I have a faulty asus motherboard so I am switching them over to see if the HP can fix the problems.

The immediate issue however is that I can't seem to see where on the motherboard you would plug in the block of wires which holds the power switch etc on the motherboard. It doesn't seem to be marked on the motherboard where this should go and I don't have a manual for this motherboard and can't seem to locate one online.

Does anyone have experience of these motherboards and can offer any advice?

Solution
Just plug it in, try to click the power button on your case, see if it boots, if it doesn't try other pins, if it works - great!
Nothing can burn or break.

So any idea on how to find out which pin corresponds to which?
