What power supply would I need for 2 Gigabyte GTX 970 graphics cards?

650W would be very very close to headroom, not recommended. A good quality 750W will do the trick. EVGA B2 and Rosewill Capstone are some great examples of value/money.
Don't go too little, but don't overpower the damn PSU. Go with a number between 750w to 1000w. That will do the trick. Corsair is a good choice, but other smaller companies can be the same or better for cheaper. Be sure to check your local computer stores for some expert advice if you can't decide.
