Intel I7 4790k or AMD FX8350 For Rendering.

Hello,
Good People, this is "Evewin Lakra" From (Jamshepdur) Jharkhand India.
& I'm writing this post because I'm little bit confused.
So here goes my question:

My Current Computer Set-up Which I've assembled myself:
CPU: AMD Athlon X4 630
Mobo: BioStar TA785G3HD
Memory: 1 Stick (2GB DDR3 1333Mhz Corsair RAM.)
PSU: Corsair CX400 (400watt PSU)
HDD:1TB X 2 (WD Green HDD)

My Current Computer is Around 4.5 Years Old
(Bought it on my Birthday on 2010)
###########################################################

So I think its time for me to Build a New Computer.

Question 1:
What Type of Software/Work I do on my Computer ?

Answer 1:
I work on application like Photoshop,Adobe Premiere pro,After Effect,Etc.
(I make small videos for my you tube channel)

###########################################################
Question 2:
Do I Play High Resolution Games ?

Answer 2:
Nope, I used to play games earlier but I'm happy to play old Classic low-res Games Like CS 1.6, Unreal Tournament 2004,etc in my free time.
###########################################################

Question 3:
Which Processors I'm Thinking To Buy ?

Answer 3:
Either Intel I7 4790k or AMD FX8350.
###########################################################

Question 4:
What are the other Computer Components I've decided to buy ?

Answer 4:
Mobo (if I buy Intel):
Gigabyte GA-Z97X-UD3H LGA1150 ATX Motherboard
Or
ASUS Sabertooth Z97 MARK 2 Motherboard
(Black)

Mobo (if I buy AMD):
(Not Decided Yet)
###########################################################

RAM/Memory:
Crucial DDR3 Ballistix Sport 1600MHz CL9 Memory Kits

###########################################################
PSU:
Seasonic M12II-850 Watts

###########################################################

Question 5:
Are you an OverClocker ?

Answer 5:
Nope, but I don't mind tuning my processor little bit to get few extra performance without stressing it too hard.
Eg. if a cpu (AMD/Intel) performance is Stable in 4.6Ghz(Overclock) setting then I'll like run it in 4.2Ghz
###########################################################

The Ultimate Question:
Is FX 8350 125w TDP Worth The Price/Performance as compared to I7 4790k 88w TDP?
What do you think will be the best option for me.
(FX8350 Or I7 4790k)
My work will require Rendering Stuffs.
My Computer Runs Approx 6-8 Hours Daily.
Gaming is not in my mind.

Note:
There is always a price difference in computer components in my country as compared to USA or European countries.
Eg.
We always have to pay Premium, even for the old/outdated computer components.

Current Price of Intel i7 4790k Processor in India.
(Indian Rupee: 23,319) = $378 (US Dollar)
http://www.flipkart.com/intel-i7-4790k-processor/p/itmdyzqrmagcf5pb?q=Intel+i7+4790k+Processor&as=on&as-show=on&otracker=start&as-pos=p_1&pid=PSRDYY77DPZPYR4R

Current Price of AMD FX 8350 Processor in India.
(Indian Rupee:12,450) = $202 (US Dollar)
http://www.flipkart.com/amd-fx-8350/p/itmdfv4fffknf29s?q=AMD+FX+8350&as=on&as-show=on&otracker=start&as-pos=p_1&pid=PSRDFV4DFPRBTSWY
###########################################################

Whats My Budget:
Approx $800 = (Indian Rupee:50000)

###########################################################

Does My Budget include gfx card & SSD COST ?

Nope I'll Buy The SSD & gfx card if I Win A Lottery or have excess Money in future
(lets say in around 1 year from now)

Thanks for the link, but I've heard few negative statements about MSI boards in the past & coz of this I'll be considering either Gigabyte or asus board.
(gigabyte board which I've selected have less power phases as compared to asus board but is there any other board for less than Rs.15000 ($243 US Dollar) from these brand which will be the best combination for 4790k
(no hardcore overclocking is needed & No flashy features like on-board wi-fi,etc) should have great solid caps that will not leak and should be a good companion for i7 4790k.

Thanks for the reply and yes you're right it'll be better for investing in the 1st place than to pay more money in EMI (Easy Monthly Installment.) which in the end will turn out to be a costly affair.

in newegg "ASUS Z97-A" is priced at $129.99 & in my country its price is more than double:
($356) = (Indian Rupee: 22000)
http://www.flipkart.com/asus-z97-a-motherboard/p/itmdz8724hadhjgv?pid=MBDDZ86PGRMY4H6J&otracker=from-search&srno=t_9&query=ASUS+Z97-A+&ref=ca12ae2a-d7b1-4b65-9f46-8a06166943f3

& yes "ASUS H97-PLUS" price is good in my country but I think
Gigabyte GA-Z97X-UD3H LGA1150 ATX Motherboard
or
ASUS Sabertooth Z97 MARK 2 Motherboard
will do a better job.
whats your view ?

Their advantages over Asus H97 Plus are SLI support , overclocking and faster RAM .You said your main purpose is not gaming , so even Asus H97 Plus will do the job . Ypu wont go wrong , if you get either of the two mainboards you posted . If it is within the budget . Answer yourself - do you need these extra features . If yes , get one of them , otherwise Asus H97 Plus would serve well . the Gigabyte supports fastest RAM but it would cost more . 1866MHz RAM would suffice , even 1600MHz .

in case you need it

From what you are saying you be using this for rendering ? Most good rendering software uses as many cores as you have so having 8 cores from the 8350 would help a lot (yes Intel has better single core speed but when all cores are used AMD 8350 run with it neck and neck for about $200 bucks cheaper)2 one thing a lot o peeps don't know if you buy a good rendering software it uses the CPU and GPU to render so having a nice GPU well also help with this build.

Thanks for the links and the good news is that "newegg.com" now ships product in my country INDIA but the BAD news is, their shipping charges and TAX are insane.
Eg. the board that cost Rs. 8,019.08 ($130 US Dollar)
ASUS Z97-A LGA 1150 Intel Z97 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard
We have to pay Rs. 14,481.73 ($235 US Dollar)
So the cost is almost same or more if I buy from newegg.
but still thanks for the choices given & I'll definitely look in details about the boards which will suit my need the best.

Yes man I also used to think FX 8350 will be the best choice for my requirement but the thing is, in rality many of the reviews I've read says 8350 is not an atual 8-core processor.
Price wise its good & I've seen few videos also where it competes with 4790k very well and intel is extremely expensive choice.
but 8350 performance is not Stable I guess thats why many Tech Gurus are saying to build P.C. with 4790k instead of 8350 coz its a newer chip with new added intruction sets.
I don't know why AMD is not coming up with a product with a TDP of 100w in $243 (Approx Rs.15000) which can perform atleast 75% of what 4790k performs and I'll be happy to buy it.

AMD FX-8370E not available in INDIA.
Intel i5 4690K Processor Price is Rs.17,398 = ($282 USD)
http://www.flipkart.com/intel-i5-4690k-processor/p/itmdyzqrusfkyqcz?q=Intel+i5+4690K+Processor&as=on&as-show=on&otracker=start&as-pos=p_1&pid=PSRDYY77HUTEU7ZW

Intel i5 4690K looks good will decide on 4690k and 4790k after reading few more comparison between the 2 processor.

The price difference between 4690 Vs 4690K is very less in my country.

4690 (Rs.15,899) = $258 USD
4690K (Rs.17,398) = $282 USD

So If I decide to buy 4690 then I'll be buying the "K" version
& If I wait for few months (2-3 months) then I'll be having the money to Spend on 4790k
