Hi,I'm sorry for my bad English but I couldn't find anything useful in my native language.

I bought a new hard disk because my old hard disk doesn't work now.And I successfully installed my hard disk to my computer.I tried to install Windows 7 but Windows 7 doesn't see C: or D:
I can't install Windows 7 to my hard disk because there is no where I can install.

I don't have a second hard disk and I can't find one.

What should I do?

Solution

If it cannot detect the drive on the install process then something is clearly wrong with either the connections of the drive or the BIOS just simply cannot detect which I highly doubt.
Call the technician tell them the hard drive is not picking up that they installed.

Steps.

Insert your CD,
Follow the steps until the hard drive partition part - In here delete every other partition until all of it is "unallocated" then click on the drive and install.

Remember this will delete everything on your hard drive if you have anything in it.

To access the Windows CD - Go on your BIOS and change boot order to CD first.

I do that but windows still doesnt open it even doesnt ask me if I want to boot from CD automaticly goes to install.
To follow those steps I need a working windows I guess. And after that I need to do that.

1.I selected CD FIRST BOOT
2.It directly goes to install doesnt ask if I want to boot from CD or not
3.I get really mad because I have no idea what to do

Yes sometimes it goes straight to install - That is not a issue.
Install the new Windows 7 by deleting the other partitions - Once your done make sure you remove the CD when the computer reboots.

On the installation process it lists the drives you have. You click on the drive you have and you either delete it (I recommend) or just click install or next. Once it is doing the install process it will reboot - This is when you take out the CD and it will carry on the installation.
